Fresh food counter for meat

Fresh food counter
All information perfectly in sight: information panel, back wall and counter. From far off the customer finds the way to the goods segment. Spotlights with special beam characteristics emphasise the panel. This orientation aid is part of three-stage perception in the area of the counters. Via the well staged counter back wall the customer, in the second step, obtains information on the assortment on offer. Coordinated with the design of the back wall here a range from medium-flood to wide-floor reflectors as far as the wall-washer is provided. In the third step, the customer, on the basis of the well illuminated display, makes his/her purchasing decision. Besides the optimum light colour, here the right luminaire position and light concentration are decisive.
Create oases of calm. Dark, calm colour shades create an atmosphere like the one in a wine cellar and at the same time are gentle on the light-sensitive goods. The architecture and lighting concept complement each other to form a unit in order to emit a long--distance effect and to give the wine department an insular character. The warm colour temperature demarcates the area from the surrounding departments. The LED technology that is gentle on the goods reduces the ageing of the wine as here no UV and no IR portions are included. High-quality, high-contrast lighting underscores the quality standard of the goods.
Fashion is subject to the spirit of the times and to the season. Many changing colours, various materials, structures and textures characterise the image. Different lighting moods are possible: from the discount to the boutique character. LED modules with a good colour rendering index CRI >80 and >90, such as Oktalite Best Colour, guarantee optimum colour and material recognition. Directed light with different beam angles increases the plasticity of the goods presented. Efficient reflector systems in combination with high performance lighting equipment reduce energy costs.
Enjoying a short holiday in the personal wellness oasis. Homogeneous illumination of the products consisting of small items generates a calm appearance and increases recognizability. The light colours of the integrated lighting system and the room illumination must be coordinated. Higher illuminances than in adjoining departments in combination with cool colour temperatures convey the idea of purity. Desired associations such as wellness and pampering are promoted.
Main aisle and gondola heads
Whether with or without promotional goods, always set the right accents, whether a product launch, a special offer, a price reduction or a bonus scheme is involved. Light attracts attention to it, creates purchase incentives and ensures that no "speclal" misses the customer - or vice versa. Spotlights accentuate the goods in the gondola heads and make them look particularly plastic. Playing with various beam angles (Spot, Medium Flood, Flood) permits a lively lighting scenario and, thanks to high reflector efficiency of up to 95 %, reduces the use of energy.
Panels create orientation and show their effect in the depths of the supermarket. The customer is attracted and informed. They help him/her to keep track of things and guide his/her attention in a subtle way. Reflectors that were specially developed for the illumination of 1 × 3 metre large areas, especially emphasise the graphics on the panels. In that way, a clear accent is placed which makes orientation and hence the shopping easier.
Back walls meet the most varied requirements. They convey information, provide orientation, create atmosphere and attract the customers' gazes. The matching lighting concept is the precondition for this. From afar, the customer's gaze first goes towards the information panel. As the customer comes closer, the gaze then goes from top to bottom along the shelves and then stays in the line of vision of the eyes or reaching height. From butter to milk, from yoghurt to curd cheese. In the dairy product shelves the most varied product and package designs produce a large colour range. Here the matching lighting concept is in demand that emphasises freshness and provides orientation. Wide-beam lighting reflector systems illuminate the goods and the aisle, while integrated systems serve to provided additive illumination. Quality and safety are paramount in the case of this group of products. The use of cool light colours signalises freshness and coolness. The physically perceptible coolness in this area is compared with the colourfulness of the goods. The matching lighting concept generates confidenece in high-quality cooling proceses.
Cold-storage rooms & storehouses
Bright, friendly rooms, also apart from the sales rooms, ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Surroundings in which safe working comes easily. Good light gives the employees the necessary motivation and at the same time saves energy. Linearly arranged strip lights with homogeneous light distribution guarantee good identifiability of the stored goods and their safe transport. LED modules are particularly suitable for cold-storage rooms down to -25° C. They have a long service life and are extremely efficient : the luminous flux at a room temperature of 25° C reaches an output of 100 %. The output at -12° C is already increased by 10 % . Luminaires with the protection class IP66 and a good colour rendering of CRI > 80 were specially developed for this use.
The interplay of light and shadows creates pleasant work surroundings. With an efficient lighting system complying with the standards for office workplaces, your staff feel good. On the work areas, depending on the demands made on visual tasks, illuminances of 500 to 750 Lux are prescribed, in the surrounding area of at least 300 Lux. Zoned, workplace-related illumination with direct and indirect light portions meets the specifications. The direct light ensures the right illuminance and shadow detail at the workplace. The indirect light reflected via the ceiling gives the room width and atmosphere. Downlights illuminate the surrounding area.
There is only one chance for the first impression. Clear colours generate attention, create orientation and guide the visitor into the interior. Dynamic lighting systems permit the regulation of the light intensity and the light colour synchronously with the natural course of daylight. In that way you avoid fears of entering the place and ensure a pleasant transition between the exterior and the interior.
