OKTALITE LAUNCHES TWO NEW PRODUCT LINES

 Cologne, May 2011 – Oktalite launches two new product lines for the shop sector with 'Stora' and 'Fano'. With this development Oktalite expands its portfolio with HIT-TC and Pi-LED luminaires.
Stora is the name of a new product range from the company of Oktalite. The luminaires are available as recessed downlights, surface-mounted directional spots and recessed directional spots. The compact size of the luminaires is a prominent feature. "For the retail sector in particular the small luminaires are really attractive," said Anika Bischof, Product Manager for the shop area. "Our customers are often small chemists or opticians, and in these shops luminaires with smaller sizes are simply better suited." Thanks to differing reflector optics such as flood, medium flood and spot, the luminaires fulfill highly diverse lighting demands and with their HIT-TC lamp technology offer as much performance as larger luminaires. Thermally separated components mean an especially long service life.
The Fano surface-mounted directional spot is also new, available in two versions: in addition to the standard LED array technology, Oktalite also offers innovative Pi-LED technology that enables ten different program settings. In this way the spot is able to illuminate diverse goods assortments in a professional and product-caring way. This also means that refitting a shop no longer means replacing luminaires – Fano is flexible in use, and with low UV and thermal radiation.
